PinkPals usually meet on the third Monday of each month from 2pm to 3:30pm at the Fellowship Hall of Wilmar Park Baptist Church at 584 Wilmar Street NW, Concord NC.  When there is a change in day, time or place we will post that here and send out an email to those on our list. Reservations are not needed and everyone is welcome.  Mark your calendars...we hope to see you there!

The November meeting had 10 attendees, food and conversation.   Jessica Lee discussed the upcoming Festival of the Trees on Dec 8 which starts at 11am.  Plan to be there around 12:30.  The venue is open seating (first come first served).  25 Comfort bags were completed and provided to the Levine Cancer Center.  In addition, 40 gas gift cards and 40 grocery gift cards were also provided to the Levine Cancer Center to be distributed by staff to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.  Comfort bags and gift cards are usually provided on a quarterly basis contingent on funds raised. Thanks to all who helped fill the bags.  Also thanks to Cindy Wise, Bryan Kluttz and Sheri Brosnahan at the Levine Center for distributing these items to clients in need.  Finally, PinkPals also donated $250 to the Wilmar Baptist Church in honor of breast cancer survivors, thrivers and those who have passed.  We appreciate the church for allowing us to use the fellowship community room for our meetings.
